To qualify as a MTM-Instructor "Green Card" (MTM), three further training steps are required after completion to become a MTM-Practitioner "Blue Card" (MTM):

1. Training MTM-1 and one additional MTM process building block system
2. Training MTM-Instructor
3. License training in one MTM process building block system (e.g. MTM-1, MTM-SD, MTM-HWD, MTM-2, MTM-UAS, MTM-MEK)

In addition, the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. issues Special licenses (e.g. ProKon, MTM-OS, MTM-Logistik).

The Instructor qualification consists of a didactic and a subject-specific part:

• The didactic part is taught in the training course MTM-Instructor. The subject-specific part is imparted by attending at least one license course as well as any further training courses that may be required.
• Participants who are already MTM-Instructor or EAWS-Instructor only need to attend the required license courses to obtain the respective "other" instructor qualification.

After positive completion of the technical part and the issue of the teaching license in the form of the "Green Card", the Instructor is entitled to conduct MTM or EAWS training.

The "Green Card" shows all valid teaching licenses for the MTM process building block systems, for EAWS as well as the special teaching authorizations.
