MTM-Practitioner

The MTM-Practitioner is the company's expert on the use of MTM. He is proficient in

  • the rule-compliant description and evaluation of manual workflows in at least one MTM process building block system,
  • recognizing and quantifying design potential and
  • the planning and implementation of improvement projects.

Three training steps are required to qualify as a MTM-Practitioner "Blue Card" (MTM):

  1. Training MTM-1 Base
  2. Training in an MTM process building block system (e.g. MTM-1, MTM-SD, MTM-HWD, MTM-2, MTM-UAS, MTM-Logistics, MTM-MEK)
  3. Training MTM-Practitioner

The certified training courses for MTM-Practitioners conclude with the "Blue Card" (MTM), the internationally recognized proof of competence for the practical application of the MTM method in the planning and improvement of processes and work systems.

  • Classroom (on-site, with instructor)

Extension of the "Blue Card" (MTM):
Ensuring the skills and knowledge of the MTM-Practitioner requires regular review (at least every 3 years). With the "Blue Card" (MTM) - and the associated reputation of the MTM-Practitioner - the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. the world's most widespread seal of quality in industrial engineering!
