Customized training
Recognised company process building block systems are company-specific planning time catalogues or systems with defined application requirements and rules (e.g. in a training course document) that have been recognised by the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. and whose application is restricted to authorised companies. Here we give you an overview of the company-specific training courses for the respective process module systems.
The currently recognized operational process building block systems are the MB Planned Time Values (C-Values) of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and the BMW Group Standard Data (BMW Group SD).
The Mercedes-Benz Group AG training MB Planned Time Values (C-Values) is divided into the following steps:
- Training MTM-1 Base
- Training MTM-SD (Basic Values)
- Training C-Values
It is then recommended that the MTM-Practitioner training be attended.
The certified training courses C-Values conclude with the "C-Values Applicator", the international certificate of competence for the practical application of C-Values in the planning and improvement of processes and work systems.

The BMW Group Standard Data (BMW Group SD) training is divided into the following steps:
- Training MTM-1 Base
- Training BMW Group SD Master Data
- Training BMW Group SD Multi-Purpose Values
- Training BMW Group SD Logistics
It is then recommended to attend the BMW-Practitioner or MTM-Practitioner training.
The certified BMW Group SD User training courses conclude with the "BMW Group SD Applicator", the international certificate of competence for the practical application of the BMW Group SD process building block system in the planning and improvement of processes and work systems.
