Refresher MTM-UAS
The training Refresher MTM-UAS is recommended for people who have already successfully completed MTM-UAS training but have not refreshed their application knowledge since then or have done so only inadequately. Participation requires a basic knowledge of MTM-UAS. If this basic knowledge has completely disappeared, it is recommended to repeat the 5-day MTM-UAS training completely.
Participants are welcome to bring examples, analyses, etc. to the training. The instructor will look at this together with the participants and help to solve problems.

Admission Requirements
Participation in the traininge Refresher MTM-UAS requires the successful completion of the MTM-UAS examination.
Learning Objectives
The participant knows
- the MTM-UAS process module system and the development background.
- the classification of MTM-UAS in the systematics of MTM process building block systems.
- the significance of the method level in process type 2 and its influencing variables.
- the application requirements and application areas of MTM-UAS.
- the principles of development and description of standard processes in series production.
The participant will be able to apply the MTM-UAS process module system in practice, in particular to
- structuring, planning and designing processes and work systems.
- Description and evaluation of processes.
- Revealing design potential in the planning and improvement of processes and work systems.
- Develop and describe company-specific building blocks.
Qualification
The training Refresher MTM-UAS concludes with an online examination. In exceptional cases, an additional oral examination may be arranged by the examination board.
After passing the MTM-UAS examination, a certificate is issued. In case of a failed examination, this will be communicated separately.
Hints
The duration of the MTM-UAS refresher training is 20 hours.
Depending on the number of participants, the management of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. can reduce the duration of the training to:
- 1 - 2 participants 8 hours.
- 3 - 5 participants 16 hours.
- > 5 participants 20 hours.
When you book a training (or someone else books for you) you will always receive a participant code. Please redeem this code as soon as possible. 7 days before the start of the training, you will receive an email with all the concrete data about the training date - e.g. date and time of the test session, session times, link to the training documents and the course. You will only receive this email if you have redeemed your participant code beforehand. The course will also be activated for you 7 days before the start of the training. You will then have access to the training material.
The webinar will be conducted via MS Teams. Please install the app on your computer, using the web version is less convenient.
