MTM-UAS E-Learning for students

This training is part of the MTM training for students. After uploading and checking the valid enrolment certificate and paying the invoice, the course will be activated.

The course will take approx. 40 hours to complete, plus the examination. The exam consists of two parts - the first part takes 60 minutes to complete and the second part takes 120 minutes. Once the exam itself has started, it cannot be interrupted or paused.

The MTM-UAS E-Learning training provides in-depth knowledge and skills for the application of MTM-UAS.

The E-Learning is designed in such a way that you can independently go through all modules in self-study. There is no professional support available from an instructor.

Technical requirements
Please ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:

  • Windows: Microsoft Edge Chromium (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version) - Internet Explorer is not recommended!
  • Mac: Safari (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
  • Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 10 and later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 10 and later, Google Chrome in Android OS 4.4 or later.

Note on mobile devices:
This course is generally suitable for editing on a tablet. Make sure you have a good WLAN connection to prevent possible problems. Editing the course on a cell phone is not recommended.

The MTM-UAS (Universal Analyzing System) training imparts knowledge of the content and structure of the MTM-UAS process module system, consisting of MTM-UAS Basic Operations and MTM-UAS Standard Operations for series production, as well as the skills required for their application.

  • The MTM-UAS process module system and its development background
  • Principles of development as well as structure and content of MTM-UAS Basic Operations and MTM-UAS Standard Operations
  • Rules for the uniform and proper application of the MTM-UAS process building block system
  • Independent preparation of MTM analyses based on film sequences
  • Practical exercises to consolidate the knowledge imparted

The participant must be enrolled as a student.

The issuance of the certificate for the MTM-UAS E-Learning training requires the successful completion of the MTM-1 Base or MTM-1 exam.

The participant knows

  • the MTM-UAS process module system and the development background.
  • the classification of MTM-UAS in the systematics of MTM process module systems.
  • the significance of the method level in process type 2 and its influencing variables.
  • the application requirements and application areas of MTM-UAS.
  • the principles of development and description of standard processes of series production.

The participant will be able to practically apply the MTM-UAS process building block system, in particular to

  • Structuring, planning and designing processes and work systems.
  • Description and evaluation of processes.
  • Uncovering design potential in the planning and improvement of processes and work systems.
  • Development and description of company-specific building blocks.

The MTM-UAS E-Learning course concludes with an online exam (two parts) and is automatically evaluated by the system.

After passing the online exam, the certificate requirements will be checked by MTM. If all requirements are met, you will receive a certificate by email in a timely manner.

In the event that the exam is not passed, this will be communicated in an email. You have the option of booking a repeat exam (250 €).

Only after checking the enrolment certificate and paying the invoice can you start with the e-learning.

The access period is 90 days after the first access to the course.
