You can write analyses with pen and paper. But it is also easier! We provide you with our TiCon software free of charge for this training - a time-limited, local version.
7 days before the start of the training you will get access to the course under MY MTM. You must be registered on our website https://training.mtm.org and have redeemed the participant code for this training. There you will find all further information on how to install the software. If you do not have admin rights on your computer, you should ask the IT specialists in your company to help you with the installation in good time before the start of the training.

Admission Requirements
To be admitted to the training in MTM-HWD the applicant has to have passed the MTM-1 Base exam. Basic knowledge in ergonomics is recommended.
Learning Objectives
The participant knows
- the spirit and purpose of process descriptions,
- the structure of MTM-HWD, in particular the MTM-HWD actions and influencing factors,
- how to model a process with MTM-HWD, and
- how to create and use an MTM-HWD modeling template.
The participant is able to apply MTM-HWD in practice, in particular to
- plan and design work methods, work processes, and workplaces,
- describe and evaluate work content, and
- improve existing work systems.
Qualification
The training in MTM-HWD ends with an online examination. As an exception, the Examination Board may order an additional oral examination.

As a rule, the number of participants is restricted to 12.

The training in MTM-HWD takes 40 hours.
Teaching times:
Monday: 10 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Tuesday – Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
