• Knowledge of the structure of and procedure in in-house trainings for MTM-Practitioner (MTM-Practitioner and MTM-Practitioner Refresher).
• Passive attendance in a training for MTM-Practitioner (class room and training center)
• Creation of a company-specific syllabus and development of a company-specific application example
• Information on further developments in teaching and applying the MTM method
• Familiarization with new or further developed training and teaching materials for the MTM process building block systems dealt with in the MTM-Practitioner Refresher

• At least a valid teaching license for the required MTM process building block system
• Presentation of an operational application example (product, layout, photo, product description, etc.)

The participant

• gets information on the procedure in in-house training courses for MTM-Practitioner.
• learns how to plan in-house training courses for MTM-Practitioner.
• gets information on further developments in teaching and applying the MTM method.
• gets familiar with new or further developed training and teaching materials for the MTM process building block systems dealt with in the MTM-Practitioner Refresher.

Participation in the training forms the basis for the issue of a certificate and the granting of the special teaching license (proof on the "Green Card"). 

The webinar lasts 8 hours.

When you book a training (or someone else books for you) you will always receive a participant code. Please redeem this code as soon as possible. 7 days before the start of the training, you will receive an email with all the concrete data about the training date - e.g. date and time of the test session, session times, link to the training documents and the course, ... You will only receive this email if you have redeemed your participant code beforehand.

The course will also be activated for you 7 days before the start of the training. You will then have access to the training material.

The webinar will be conducted via MS Teams. Please install the app on your computer, using the web version is less convenient.
